Must Have Item
These were an impulse that I’m so glad I did! They felt “normal” after delivering when nothing feels “normal”. Super stretchy. Extremely comfortable. The fact that they are disposable is great. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about them!

Love the boyshorts
I definitely recommend purchasing these if you are in need of some additional support. You will also need to purchase some pads to go inside of these because they do not support bleeding/fluids.

These were great for after delivery. They are super comfy and don’t tear or rip at all when changing pads. Very satisfied with them!

A definite need
I LOVED these during post-Parfums. They fit sooo comfortably, you almost can’t tell they are disposable.Paired with a really nice cotton based post-partum pad, I would usually use only one a day as you just needed to change the pad and the underwear would be perfectly fine and clean until around bed time. They are also very discreet (without a pad) and can be worn pretty seamlessly under most clothes.

These are amazing and I will tell every pregnant woman I know. So comfortable and not bulky, like the normal ones they give you. Love these!

So comfortable!
These were the best purchase I could’ve made for myself before giving birth to my son. They fit very well without being tight. They didn’t bother my C-section scar at all. I will definitely purchase more when we are expecting our next child. I have recommended them to friends who are expecting as well.

The best postpartum undies
I got these for my first and second pregnancies and would recommend to any new moms. I am 5’3”, 120lbs before being pregnant and these undies fit so much better than the ones the hospital provided (which were loose and would slide down). I read a review that someone washed these so I tried it, and can confirm they can do a few rounds in the washing machine! Highly useful!

Wayyyyyy better than what the hospital offers
Mostly comfy material and durable (I’ve even washed and reworn a few and they’ve held up). As for appearance well…not sure anyone is wearing them for the cute factor. The only complaint I have is the side seam. It really bothered me this last time I wore them postpartum. Maybe I needed a bigger size but otherwise they fit, so I don’t think that was it. The side seam is just super thick and irritated my skin. Not a total deal breaker but something to consider. These are still well made and a great value for the price.

Yes yes yes!
Good quality and doesn’t feel so much like a diaper! Size was great for me (5’8” 180 after birth) they are pretty good thickness and keep their form but would stretch pretty good for different sizes I think!

Must have
I just gave birth to my third child. Unlike the first time around where I purchased everything everyone recommended I kept things very simple this time. Only a few items have been necessary and this is one of them. The hospital mesh panties are free but I’d gladly pay to purchase these instead every time. They actually stay up on me and keep a pad securely in place. They’re so comfortable I’m still wearing them 3 weeks postpartum, when I could have already transitioned back into my regular panties. Surprisingly they don’t show panty lines in most all of my bottoms. Love these so much I plan on shopping for new undies that can mimic these. Btw these will hold up in a wash and dryer load if you can’t afford to purchase more than one pack. That surprised me.Obviously, get whatever you want to buy when you give birth. But personally my three must-haves are these Frida undies, an upside down peri bottle and Honey Pot herbal pads.

If You Think the Hospital Mesh Underwear are Comfortable, just WAIT for These
I can’t say enough good things about these, WOW. I am one of those people that takes all the mesh underwear, pads, ice pads, dermaplast, and tucks pads from the hospital home so I am well-prepared. When I ran out of the hospital underwear I bought these and let me tell you – THESE ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE DISPOSABLE PANTIES EVER!!! I literally felt like I was wearing luxury panties instead of disposables when I first put them on. They are super durable, like lasts through a few pad changes and an accidental wash of clothes. Super easy to use, just slip them on like any old pair of panties. Super light weight and they’re even kind of cute looking once on. Performance? They out-do themselves. I could honestly see myself wearing them as regular underwear they’re so versatile. 😍😍

Great for Returning From Hospital
These were really helpful returning from the hospital after giving birth. They were lightweight and stretched as your body readjusts to a more normal every day size for yourself. It was also nice that it didn’t matter if you had had a natural birth or a C-section. No pressure was put on any areas that may have caused pain or discomfort. They were incredibly easy to use and worked with every type of pad, postpartum diaper, or anything else that you are needing to wear on returning home. Because they are a bit thicker just know that you most likely will not want to wear them with leggings or something that’s tighter on your lower body as they will show through defined outlines on your clothing. They were perfect for pajamas and dresses though.

Must have
These are a must have for after baby! I had them with my last baby and wow they are the best! I bought them for after the baby I’m pregnant with now. They are so comfortable and hold the pads way better than the ones they give you at the hospital and you don’t feel like you’re wearing a huge diaper.

You need these!!!
I went into childbirth with the mindset that I didn’t need any of the “fancy stuff” and that I would just use what the hospital gave me. Boy was that a mistake! These parties are awesome. They made me feel more like myself, kept my ice pack pads in place, and gave me some light compression. They were also great for when I didn’t get a giant maxi pad anymore, but wasn’t quite ready to go back to regular underwear during that first week.

Buy them!!
Just buy them!! You’ll use them!!! I used them for 2 weeks straight out of the hospital. I made sure to have them handy and used them instead of underwear. I would get them smaller because the big ones slid down on me. Fits your pad from the hospital perfectly. It’s comfortable and worth the price. One less thing to worry about. I wouldn’t tape the pad to it, it will cause tearing. The material is great for no leaking, you feel secure to wear and you have coverage from being see through. Very easy to use and last all day long wear.

A Comforting Essential During Recovery
After my wife underwent a laparoscopic total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, we found ourselves navigating the post-surgery recovery process, which was as much about emotional healing as it was physical. Among the various products we tried to ease this journey, Frida Mom Postpartum Disposable Underwear stood out as a beacon of comfort and convenience. The level of comfort and security these disposable underwear provided was beyond our expectations. Designed thoughtfully, they offered a snug, yet comfortable fit, allowing my wife to move freely without the worry of leaks or discomfort, which was paramount during her recovery. The soft, breathable material contributed significantly to her overall comfort, making it easier to rest and heal. What truly set this product apart was its high absorbency, providing peace of mind during a time when my wife had enough to worry about. The last thing she wanted was to deal with the hassle of leaks or frequent changes. These underwear held up remarkably well, offering not just protection but also the dignity of feeling ‘normal’ again, despite the circumstances. The convenience factor of being disposable cannot be overstated. During the recovery process, anything that can make life easier is a godsend. The ease of use and the ability to simply dispose of the underwear after use minimized stress and effort, allowing my wife to focus more on healing and less on laundry. Moreover, the inclusivity in sizing ensured a perfect fit, catering to her comfort without the need to adjust constantly. This attention to detail in design and function reflects a deep understanding of a woman’s needs during such a vulnerable time.In reflection, these disposable underwear were not just a product but a crucial part of my wife’s recovery toolkit. They offered her the confidence to navigate her healing process with one less worry, and for that, we are both incredibly grateful. For anyone going through a similar recovery, I cannot recommend this product enough. It’s a small but significant way to add comfort and convenience to a challenging period, making a world of difference in the overall recovery experience.

Your #1 Postpartum Must Have
These are an absolute life saver, postpartum. Skip the mesh panties from the hospital. The waistband is so supportive and feels like it just helps hold you in place. Lived in a pair of these a nursing bra for the two weeks. Now they’re a staple baby shower gift for all of my friends.

Perfect for postpartum!
These were SO comfortable compared to always depends! These are disposable so no need to worry about washing. They worked GREAT for me. They’re very lightweight but hug the body just right to make you feel secure. They’re wide so it’s easy to get everything layered up (if you know you know). I’m sure you could use this for more than just postpartum, I know I would once I figure out how!

The BEST PP shorts
These were a life saver for me in the hospital. My doctor has never seen them before and goes “those are cool!” They were super comfortable and not bulky like the diapers they give. I still felt like I could move normally with these and wore them for a few weeks post C-section!

Comfort !!!!
This purchase seemed a little pricey but for someone who just gave birth on the 6th I will say I wish I would’ve bought these for my postpartum. I had to have an emergency c section and this came in and helped so much better than the depends and the hospital underwear they sent me home with. It’s breathable and is durable. It’s not super thick it fit me just right as I am about 215 pounds without baby these are disposable and come with a good amount of underwear I love it would recommend to moms who have c sections and vaginal births. They feel thick but they’re actually very comfortable

The best!
There are the best! I had a c section and these were so comfortable to wear! Fabric is super stretchy to form my body. They made me forget I was wearing underwear. These are way better than what the hospital gives. I wish the had reusable version of this. If they did I would still wear it.

As a second time mom, I wish I had these for my first baby. They are so comfortable and make postpartum bearable with everything going on down there. I would 10 out of 10 recommend these for anyone about to have a baby. It is worth the money for the comfort it provides!

Super comfortable!
This is a must for postpartum recovery. After using the ones provided at the hospital these undies are much more comfortable and hold you better. When using these with the big pads during the first few weeks, these held up better and didn’t make it look like you had a saggy bottom. Would 100% buy it again for the next baby!

POST PARTUM NECESSITY
I was so thankful to myself for buying these. Yes the hospital will give you some disposable underwear but the mesh is so weak they can barely hold a full size pad. These are sturdy and supportive. I felt secure with the pad and everything else that was added to it for comfort lol.

Worth every penny
Before I had my baby I found these. I waited to buy because I had been given some from a friend. I didn’t want to spend the money on a product I didn’t think I would “need”. I brought a few pairs to the hospital with me when I had my baby and after using the hospital ones I decided to try these. I’m so glad I did! These really helped keep my ice pack pads in place and I felt much more secure with these. I ended up buying 2 more boxes when I got home! These made my recovery process so much better. I used 1-2 underwear’s per day only changing them if they got dirty or when the material ripped from changing my pad/ice packs multiple times. They’re super stretchy but also fit great. They were snug to my body while also being able to breathe and move freely without worrying. They fit like real underwear. For reference I am 5’3” and was 200 lbs at birth (size 12/14) and these fit perfectly! Would definitely buy again

Super stretchy
I love how stretchy these are! They definitely can fit multiple sizes, I love that they loosen up as you wear them but not so much that they fall off. They are just super comfortable to wear alone or under loose fitting clothing. Not ideal under leggings or other tight clothing though.

Favorite postpartum underwear
There was a long period of time where I just wasn’t comfortable wearing my own underwear, after delivery. Some mom friends had recommended adult diapers, but I couldn’t really stand the feeling. The mesh took a little getting used to, but ultimately was my preferred choice of undergarment for the first couple of weeks postpartum. They were sturdy enough to last a day with multiple pad changes, and it was nice to be able to shed and toss the whole thing at the end of the day before my evening shower. I’m a size 16/18 now, and these stretched plenty so that I felt completely comfortable.

Better than hospital ones
Moms – this is a MUST have item for your hospital bag. These are FAR better than any “mesh shorts” that a hospital will give you. The fit is great AND they will hold the ice pack pads or regular pads just fine. Get your post partum healing off to a great start with these, the ice pack pads and some witch hazel. Don’t wait for the hospital to give you dermoplast or tuck pads. Just bring these three items and get to healing right away! Highly recommended from a six time mom with both hospital and home births.

You need these!
I purchased these after a kidney donation surgery because I have several incisions that regular underwear would interfere with. These are soft and comfortable. Very stretchy so I can tell they would be accommodating to postpartum bellies. Much better than the flimsy ones you get in the hospital. I wish I had known about these when I had my babies!

Size up!
Definitely size up! I am/was 181 and did a medium 🤦🏻♀️ because they advertised as stretchy. And they are. But not stretchy enough. Perfect for one time use and throw away so I didn’t have to worry about washing any underwear the first two weeks.

Way better than what you get at the hospital
Get these for your hospital bag and postpartum care!! They are way more comfortable, more sturdy, and cover up more than the mess ones at the hospital. You’ll feel so much more comfortable and protected. And if happened to get some blood on it, then it’ll protect your clothes as well.

Great postpartum undies
I will spare this review any sort of pictures. All I can say is buy the disposable underwear. These are so comfortable, I almost never wanted to stop wearing them. The best part about them is when you put on pants even leggings the underwear doesn’t roll and bunch up by your legs. They fit great and are extremely durable!
